As IT spending has surged to the top of CIOs agendas, the research reveals an increased focus on biometric solutions, Artificial Intelligence, and sustainability. 

The research represents the views of more than 250 senior airline and airport executives, covering a quarter of global passenger traffic.  

292 airlines and 383 airports were invited to the study.
