Director, Corporate Social Responsibility
Amber Harrison

Amber Harrison is Director, Corporate Social Responsibility at SITA, where she is responsible for defining and leading SITA’s CSR strategy, implementing environmental, social and governance practices throughout the business, and CSR reporting. 

Amber joined SITA in 1996 and has held her current position since 2010. Prior to this, she was head of SITA’s Brand and Design team, following a number of years running her own business. 

Amber holds Masters degrees in Integrated Environmental Management, and Marketing, and is a certified CSR Practitioner. In addition she is a Chartered Manager. She is based in London.

Taking time to give a little back

The end of the year is traditionally a time for reflection on the achievements and contributions made over the previous 12 months. Each of us has goals in mind at the start of the year - getting to the gym more, learning a new language, or visiting new countries.

Embedding CSR into our business

At SITA, we often get asked about what we're doing as a business in the areas of social responsibility and the environment. The questions can be a requirement in the sales process, part of a responsible supply chain program, or are raised by individuals. Wherever the queries come from it shows that these areas are of interest, so I'd like to share a little of what we're doing.
