CGCU Working Session with CLUB Members
Following the ASC 2026 days, a dedicated working session will be held with CLUB members to progress the review of proposed updates to the CLUB General Common Use (CGCU) Terms and Conditions.
Purpose and scope
The purpose of this session is to provide a structured forum for consultation and working‑level alignment with CLUB members on proposed CGCU updates that have been highlighted or initiated through ASC discussions.
The CGCU is the contractual framework governing the provision of SITA Common Use services under the CLUB model. It defines, among other matters:
- The rights and obligations of SITA and CLUB members
- Service scope, responsibilities, and operational principles
- Governance mechanisms, including change control and the role of CLUBs as defined in the CLUB Terms of Reference (TOR), which are approved by the Airport Steering Committee (ASC)
Given its contractual nature, updates to the CGCU must follow a formal governance and approval process, with consultation through CLUBs and validation through the appropriate governance bodies
