Designed for customers of Reservations, Ticketing and Departure Control Services (DCS), Horizon Business Intelligence can uncover opportunities to improve the passenger experience, as well as help you make intelligent decisions on strategic and operational issues. 

Accessible on a personal computer (PC), tablet or mobile device, Horizon Business Intelligence is the perfect tool for your executives to tune into your business.

How it works

Horizon® Business Intelligence is built on emerging, next generation technology. It is intuitive and easy-to-use for all levels of staff and is accessible via a web link. Data is filtered with point-and-click technology to create reports. It uses a set of five innovative dashboards to simplify the viewing of information acquired from the inventory, booking, ticketing and boarding services.
