Yudhy Wijaya, a Senior Manager in SITA Airport Business Solution. He has been a Solution Specialist in Operations at Airports portfolio for more than 8 years. Responsibilities includes working closely with customers in designing solution to optimize their operations, improve operational efficiency and helping customers achieving their business objectives. Yudhy has led the engagement in various project around APAC including Singapore, India, Vietnam, Cambodia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Macau and Maldives.

Currently, Yudhy is also managing SITA's first Customer Experience Center (CEC) located in Singapore office where customer could visit and experience how the future travel would be. The CEC offers solution such as Biometric, Passenger Self-Service, Baggage Management, Operations at Airports, Digital Travel Journey, SD-WAN and Data APIs. Yudhy holds a Master of Science in Network and Software from Nanyang Technological University, and is based in Singapore.
