Nicole Hogg joined SITA in 2019 as a Senior Product Manager for Bag Manager, SITA's baggage reconciliation system, Nicole now heads up the Baggage Portfolio , She has over 20 years of industry experience in baggage and ramp operations. Prior to SITA, Nicole spent 22 years at Qantas Airways, where her expertise in baggage and operational business processes helped drive operational enhancement and innovation at a global level. She also led multiple strategic change and transformation initiatives while at Qantas.
