Anna Park is the Industry Affairs Manager at the International Air Transport Association (IATA). She is based at the country office of the Republic of Korea in Seoul.
IATA is the trade association for the world’s airlines, representing some 300 airlines or 83% of total air traffic. IATA supports many areas of aviation activity and helps formulate industry policy on critical aviation issues. In her role, Anna looks after industry advocacy affairs, IATA’s product and service delivery to Customer Experience including One ID initiative and Cargo including digitalization, certification, and data solutions in the Korean market.
A key focus of her portfolio is supporting member airlines and aviation stakeholders in the transition of One ID from an aspirational concept to reality and raising awareness of One ID concept, principles, and standards. Anna has enriched experience over 15 years in the aviation industry including a 9-year stint at their Asia-Pacific regional office in Singapore and has been with IATA since 2008.
