Paul Ng is an aviation professional with over 27 years of experience across airline operations, commercial leadership, and aviation technology. A former Singapore Airlines executive and overseas General Manager, he has worked across engineering, operations, and customer experience innovation.

Paul previously led Singapore Airlines’ In-Flight Entertainment team, where he helped pioneer the integration of connectivity and entertainment through a world-first Companion App enabling passengers to control seat-back systems with their personal devices.

Now with SITA FOR AIRCRAFT, Paul focuses on digital and fuel optimization solutions that help airlines reduce fuel burn and carbon emissions as the industry works toward Net Zero 2050.
