Alexandr Lichy works as a Head of Baggage Solutions Specialist Team, helping our Customers optimizing their operations through efficient use of various applications from our rich portfolio of solutions.
Total of 20 years experience in the Air Travel IT, while 18 of them with SITA in various positions revolving around pre-sales and product management. This included relocations to London as product manager at Heathrow IT Outsourcing team and to Atlanta as solution designer in the SITA AMER team.
Last 8 years spent in the baggage portfolio, focusing on complete life-cycle of multiple products covering bag tracking, reconciliation, and repatriation.
As a background, Alex holds a Masters degree in Air Traffic from the Brno University of Technology and Certified Product Manager credential from AIPMM.
