Delegates are entitled to the welcome reception, conference refreshments and lunch and full conference sessions.
SITA provides the delegates accommodation for the event only for the stay in the conference hotel on 22 and 23 Aug. Any previous or further stay should be arranged by the attendee.
The conference pass does not cover costs associated with travel to/in Bangkok. Factors such as travel and insurance must be organized by the attendee.
SITA will happily accept replacement delegates, however delegate passes cannot be shared or split between delegates under any circumstances.
SITA has the right to refuse or reject registrations.
Visa
Visas may be required for some nationalities. SITA is able to provide a letter confirming attendance at the conference.
Insurance, travel and accommodation
Insurance, travel and accommodation will be the responsibility of the attending delegate. SITA shall not be responsible in any way for personal injury to the delegate or his staff, agents, contractors, invitees or members of the public, travel and accommodation.
SITA reserves the right to amend or cancel the program schedule, speakers or topics without prior notice to participants.
