Wu Jingling 巫静玲

Ms. Wu Jingling joined China Southern Airlines in 2006 and has dedicated nearly two decades to advancing digital transformation and innovation in the aviation IT sector. She leads the “Wu Jingling Model Worker Studio” and has been recognized as a Civil Aviation May Day Women’s Pioneer. 

As a key driver of China Southern’s digital reform, she has spearheaded the iterative upgrades of the “CSAir e-Travel” platform and built a robust business middle-platform architecture to enhance customer service and operational efficiency. She has also led efforts to establish an innovative aviation ecosystem, fostering deep integration between technology and business operations. 

Ms. Wu has extensive hands-on experience in airline digital transformation, intelligent marketing, data asset management, and AI industry development. 

2006年加入南航，深耕航空信息化领域近二十载，领衔“巫静玲劳模工作室”，民航五一巾帼标兵。作为南航数字化改革的重要推动者，主导“南航e行”平台迭代升级，构建业务中台架构体系，深度赋能用户服务与运营效率提升；牵头打造航空生态圈创新模式，推动技术与业务场景深度融合；在航司数字化转型、智慧营销、数据资产运营、人工智能产业发展等领域积累了丰富的实战经验。
