Lynnette Lee 李敏慧

Lynnette Lee is the Baggage Solution Specialist for the Asia-Pacific region at SITA, where she works closely with airlines, airports, and ground handlers to identify opportunities and provide tailored solutions that enhance baggage operations. With over a decade of experience in the aviation industry, Lynnette brings deep expertise in baggage transformation and passenger experience. 

Prior to joining SITA, Lynnette spent eight years at Changi Airport Group, where she held key roles in airport terminal development and passenger experience. During her time in baggage transformation, she served as the product manager for the Changi Baggage Tracker, a solution that helped improve baggage visibility and showcase operational efficiency. 

李敏慧是 SITA 亚太区行李解决方案专家，她与航空公司、机场及地勤服务商紧密合作，挖掘业务改善机会并提供定制化方案，帮助客户提升行李运营效率。凭借在航空业十余年的经验，她在行李转型和旅客体验方面积累了深厚的专业知识。 

在加入SITA 之前，李敏慧曾在新加坡樟宜机场集团工作八年，担任机场航站楼发展和旅客体验的关键岗位。在负责行李转型期间，她曾担任樟宜行李追踪系统（Changi Baggage Tracker）的产品经理，该解决方案不仅提升行李可视化水平，亦提升机场运营效率。
