Li Fujuan 李福娟

Dr. Li Fujian has over 20 years of experience in the digitalization of the civil aviation industry. She has led key teams in advancing China Eastern Airlines’ digital transformation and technological innovation initiatives. 

She co-authored the project “Application of Evaluation System for Information System Construction Projects in Large Airlines,” which won the First Prize of the Shanghai Enterprise Management Modernization Innovation Achievement in December 2020. 

She also jointly developed with the Civil Aviation Science and Technology Research Institute the project “Key Technologies and Applications of Big Data Governance and Intelligent Modeling Sharing for Civil Aviation Flight Safety in China,” which received the Second Prize of the 2023 Civil Aviation Science and Technology Award from the China Air Transport Association. 

李福娟在民航信息化领域具有二十余年工作经验，她带领团队积极支撑东航数字化转型和科技创新工作。2020年12月，她参与主创的《大型航空企业信息化建设项目评价体系应用》获上海市企业管理现代化创新成果一等奖。与航科院联合申报的“中国民航飞行安全大数据治理与智能建模共享关键技术及应用”获得2023年度中国航空运输协会民航科学技术奖二等奖。
