Darren Yeates

Darren leads SITA's Business Agility Practice as part of the CTO. With a wealth of experience in Enterprise transformation and Engineering Management, Darren plays a pivotal role in optimizing organizations for value delivery and customer centricity. Having previously worked for organizations such as NatWest, BAE Systems, McLaren, and Thales.

Darren attempts to nurture environments committed to the ongoing enhancement of delivery success. He is a Chartered IT Professional recognized by the British Computer Society, a certified Enterprise Transformation and team Agile coach and holds a diploma in Executive Coaching. 

Darren lives in Worthing in the UK, and has three grown up children, he is a runner, FPV drone pilot, private pilot and published app developer. Darren is also one of only 45 Lowland Rescue Search Dog Handlers in the U.K and together with his dogs Millie and Koda, assist the local Police Force in searching for vulnerable missing people.
