Rachel Ler

Rachel Ler currently serves as the Vice President for Asia Pacific and Japan Region for Versa Networks Inc. She is responsible for driving sustainable sales growth with a focus on solution innovation and customer experience. This includes collaborating and strengthening Versa’s broad and diverse partner ecosystem across all the distinct markets. Based in Singapore, Rachel also led a team of passionate and highly experienced networking and security experts who help companies achieve an integrated connectivity securely across all their businesses. 

She has a proven track record with more than 20 years of experience spanning direct and channel sales as well as regional APJ leadership roles at Commvault, Dell Technologies, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Nimble Storage, NetApp, IBM and Microsoft.  A strong and energetic leader, Rachel has achieved unprecedented growth and customer success through the implementation of consistent, repeatable, and scalable sales model across all Asia Pacific countries.  

Rachel graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic with Diploma in Information Technology and holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne, Australia. 

An avid fitness enthusiast, she is married with 2 daughters.
