Cecile Cornu is SITA’s global HR leader for Reward & Recognition, Performance Management and Inclusion. Her global team of HR experts is shaping SITA’s practices to create an employee experience-centric work environment, where all can feel they belong, perform at their best and are rewarded for their contributions.
Before taking on this role in 2014, Cecile managed SITA’s global HR Services and Operations team. Since joining SITA, she has held numerous positions across the organization, ranging from Talent Acquisition, M&A, strategic HR program management to senior Business Partnership roles. Prior to this, Cecile co-founded and led an IT specialized recruitment agency. She has lived in Europe and Canada and enjoys the opportunity of supporting a global, fast-paced technology organization.
