The future of travel is approaching fast, and it's about a hyper-connected ecosystem where everything just flows.
Airports are creating that future now.
Aircraft are moving smarter — in the air and on the ground.
And the flow of passengers?
Faster. Safer. Touchless.
We're moving to next-level efficiency.
We're seeing sustainability in motion, and it's getting better all the time.
New-gen apps and comms are powering it all —
processing data at lightning speed,
making every decision sharper,
every moment count.
This isn’t just about our transformative innovation.
It’s a whole new way to bring the next level of flow to our industry.
Executive Statements
This edition marks our first-ever Impact Report, where we have combined our Activity Report and Sustainability Report into one. This offers a powerful view into how we integrate Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles into our business operations from the earliest stages, supporting sustainable growth for our own organization and the industry at large.
Our strong growth in 2024 wasn’t just a milestone — it was a signal. A signal that the industry trusts us to deliver, to innovate, and to collaborate, to move the travel industry forward.
We made big strides in transforming how we work. From creating a high-performance culture to energizing our teams, streamlining costs, and aligning with customer priorities – we accelerated the programs that move us forward.
We stepped up our sustainability efforts too. We created a new team of experts to drive our new Sustainability Strategy, putting us among the best in the industry. Our initiatives work across four areas: Climate, People, Practice and Impact.
Our bold targets include: a 4.2% yearly fall in our carbon footprint (all scopes), and a commitment to net zero by 2050. More than that, we want 80% of our supplier spend to be with SBTi-committed suppliers, and maximized renewable energy in our operations by 2030.
