CommonUseAnalyzer | SITA

Overview

Lack of access to day of operations and historical data impacts the airport’s ability to implement improvement initiatives. With SITA CommonUseAnalyzer, airport operators can analyze, report and benchmark passenger movements, getting a deep understanding of relevant activities.

Leveraging data from SITA common-use platforms – including bar-coded boarding passes (BCBP), kiosks and workstations – and real-time statistics (RTS), CommonUseAnalyzer presents key information, dashboards and reports in real-time.

This product is available through SITA's ATI Cloud.

How it helps

SITA CommonUseAnalyzer reports, analyzes, and benchmarks passenger movements across the airport, alleviating the challenges that impact passenger processing and improving operational efficiency.

As a component of our Day of Operations BI (Business Intelligence) solution, CommonUseAnalyzer utilizes SITA’s unique BI portal (AirportPulse) to provide key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and a single point-of-access to services, culminating in complete, end-to-end situational awareness across the airport.

Key features

  • Data collection from various sources – workstations and kiosks, client applications (such as Airport iValidate), third-party systems
  • Drilldown capabilities for detailed analysis on the fly
  • Standard suite of reports combining BCBP and RTS data plus ad hoc (user-designed) reporting capability
  • Extension of SITA’s AirportConnect® common-use platform to become part of an enterprise-wide passenger flow monitoring system (along with SITA Airport iValidate)
  • Automated service level agreement (SLA) and KPI reporting

Benefits

  • Improved operational efficiency
  • Better allocation of resources and staff
  • Greater strategic planning, forecasting, and decision-making
