Andrew looks after baggage for the International Air Transport Association (IATA), contributing to the standards that enable interline travel to take place.
In his role he leads the industry in achieving a long-term sustainable future for baggage handling, including the introduction of airline capabilities such as baggage tracking under IATA Resolution 753. He consults for major baggage projects as well as delivering IATA training courses.
