Ashraf Hoseini is the Environmental Strategy Lead at SITA for Aircraft, where she drives the development and deployment of SITA Eco Mission—a solution that helps airlines navigate complex sustainability regulations by automating emissions reporting and delivering cost insights to define optimal SAF and compliance strategies. 

With a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Ashraf brings over 15 years of experience in the aviation industry. She began her career at SAS as a Flight Operations Engineer before moving into digital transformation, where she led the mobile solutions strategy and implementation for pilots and cabin crew. 

In 2017, she joined Qatar Airways as Manager of EFB (Electronic Flight Bag) Solutions, advancing operational efficiency through digital innovation. In 2021, she moved to DHL Express, where she focused on driving engineering excellence and operational efficiency across aircraft maintenance programs in Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America. 

At SITA, Ashraf now leads strategic sustainability initiatives, supporting airlines in building more data-driven, compliant, and environmentally responsible operations.
