CHAMP is headquartered in Luxembourg and has offices in London, Zurich and Atlanta. It is jointly owned by SITA and Cargolux S.A.

In January 2008, CHAMP acquired 100% shares in Softair A.G. and the acclaimed Cargospot portfolio. With more than 200 staff, CHAMP has expertise in all areas of cargo automation.
