Loyalty is a key part of any airline’s customer relationship management (CRM) strategy. Permeating an airline’s core business processes, it allows you to personalize offers to your passengers regardless of how often they fly. The objective is to change customer behavior in a way that optimizes their value and Horizon® Loyalty provides the tools to do it.

As a web-based solution offering loyalty program functionality, Horizon Loyalty is available anywhere, on any device. It includes a branded website for program members that automatically optimizes for mobile devices, as well as the back office systems used by call center agents and program administrators. Both are available in multiple languages and are seamlessly integrated with the reservations and departure control systems to automatically earn and redeem miles.

Scalable to any size and configurable to your business requirements, Horizon Loyalty is cost-effective. It is available as a stand-alone system or can be combined with the Horizon® Passenger Services System (PSS) portfolio for additional features such as automated bookings with miles for call centers and e-commerce sites.

Horizon® Loyalty provides the automation and functionality to run a loyalty program that adds real value to your business by:

There is a choice of four options - depending on the size of your airline’s program:

  1. Horizon® Loyalty Lite – entry-level functionality, up to 15,000 members included
  2. Horizon® Loyalty Standard – up to 50,000 members included, optional modules available
  3. Horizon® Loyalty Advanced – up to 100,000 members included, optional modules available
  4. Horizon® Loyalty CRM – up to 250,000 members included, all available functionality included, plus unlimited members can be added
