How it helps

SITA FlowAnalyzer delivers historical and near real-time information, statistics and reports that improve airport planning and overall passenger experience.

As a component of our Day of Operations BI (Business Intelligence) solution, FlowAnalyzer utilizes SITA’s unique BI portal (AirportPulse) to provide key performance indicator (KPI) dashboards and a single point-of-access to services, culminating in complete, end-to-end situational awareness across the airport.

  • IoT sensors complement Wi-Fi infrastructure
  • Software-as-a-service (SaaS) cloud-based architecture

Benefits

  • Enhanced operational efficiency and passenger experience
  • Maximized utilization of available airport space
  • Improved  non-aeronautical revenue optimization
  • Increased advertising opportunities
  • Optimized retailer opening times to meet customer flow profiles

Why us?

SITA FlowAnalyzer delivers impactful – and not just interesting – analytics. Only SITA can explain the “why” of what’s going on in the airport. For instance, SITA provides future and just in-time recommendations for security and immigration agents to keep wait-times within service level agreement (SLA) requirements.

Extensible and highly scalable, FlowAnalyzer can support other terminals and areas, including retail, restaurants, baggage carousels, and transportation. It relies on existing Wi-Fi infrastructure, lowering the cost of adoption.
