Taking the end-to-end view: Airlines | SITA

 

As easyJet is nearing its 20th Birthday, we can reflect on the massive changes in air travel, passenger expectations and technology that have happened in the last 20 years. One thing has remained consistent: passengers want to know what is happening and feel in control of their journey.

Passengers are getting more connected, their expectations are rising and they are looking to airlines and airports to remove the anxiety and stress from traveling. This has to be managed alongside a program of change that will provide the tools and connectivity to the airlines operations teams running the airport process – our “Connected” program is just that.
