Passenger IT Trends Survey 2016

Airline passengers across the globe are so comfortable with technology that they choose to use it rather than interact with people. However, one size does not fit all. There are four distinct traveler profiles, each of whom use technology in different ways.

We surveyed 9,000 respondents from 19 countries to learn  which human factors impact passengers’ use of technology during travel.
