As part of our #AvTechTalks series, Armin Ebrahimi, CEO at ShoCard, believes that blockchain technology could help revolutionize identity management with its ability to maintain traveler data privacy.

As technology advances and creates a greater cross-over between our digital and physical lives, privacy and security become even more vital. You may have heard of blockchain as the underlying technology for Bitcoin. It involves a globally accessible database that can give different entities different access while maintaining privacy. It has great potential for allowing travelers to move seamlessly from one service to the next while reducing or even eliminating wait times.
