Steven is a Senior Service Improvement Expert, in the SITA Global Operations Group. He is a passionate believer of IT Service Management making technology work.

Over the span of his career Steven has been involved in all aspects of IT Service Management. Credits include Microsoft Operations Framework author / Trainer, CMMI author, ITIL Reviewer, co-author of BSI 15,000 (the forerunner of ISO / IEC 20000), ITIL trainer and Certified ISO / IEC 20000 practitioner. Since 2008 Steven has been a Charted IT Professional with The British Computer Society.
