Over the span of his career Steven has been involved in all aspects of IT Service Management. Credits include Microsoft Operations Framework author / Trainer, CMMI author, ITIL Reviewer, co-author of BSI 15,000 (the forerunner of ISO / IEC 20000), ITIL trainer and Certified ISO / IEC 20000 practitioner. Since 2008 Steven has been a Charted IT Professional with The British Computer Society.
