2016 IATA Day & 7th China Airport Passenger Experience Summit

Originated as China Airport Check-in Summit, this year it changed to China Airport Passenger Experience Summit.

Together with IATA, the main topic of this year summit is how innovation and technology improve passenger experience, and the plans for both airlines and airports to fulfill it.

IATA has a specific day session talking about creating a better travel experience in the region with Fast Travel program.

SITA as a guest speaker joins the session, the speaking slot is in the morning just after IATA’s main speech.

Topic of SITA is “Towards a mobile optimized journey in China”, which is focusing on SITA 360 China report. Larry Lu, Senior Airport Solution Designer, China will be the speaker.
