Simon has been a key member of the easyJet team since 2004. Simon has led on a number of roles from, managing the Commercial Systems Strategy, to developing the Airport System Strategy and currently delivering and driving the Digital Strategy for airline operations systems.

The operations systems team are responsible for ensuring operational excellence, successfully delivering programs of change and driving innovation that will improve the connectivity of all parts of the workforce and ultimately improve the customer experience.

Simon has over 25 years of experience with the IT environment for which 18 have been delivering, designing, developing and implementing innovative solutions within the travel sector. He is also an active member of SITA’s Customer Advisory Board.
