For the first time, SITA’s Passenger IT Trends Survey took a closer look at air travelers in the US to identify a number of common profiles, their emotions at different stages of air travel, and how their emotions were impacted by the use of technology.

This type of customer journey mapping can reveal opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and improve the end-to-end travel experience.
