Sophie Nguefack Atlanta

Solution Designer Intern

I love how diverse SITA is and how welcoming the people are. I am glad I chose SITA to introduce me to the corporate world, as I consider this to be my first real, professional job.

The best lesson I’ve learned so far is the importance of communication among team members and with customers.

My internship

I am Sophie Nguefack, Associate Solution Designer in the Communications and Infrastructure Solution Line. I started the 12 months internship program on May 15th, 2017. I’ve been working closely with the Solution Designers in my team, assisting them to gather and validate the technical details necessary to implement a connection.

I’ve worked for customers such as American Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Travelport and others. One of the most interesting things about this internship is the fact that you work with people from all over the world. This way you don’t just learn to do your everyday tasks, you equally work on improving your people skills.

I love how diverse SITA is and how welcoming the people are. I am glad I chose SITA to introduce me to the corporate world, as I consider this to be my first real, professional job. I am very grateful for my team and supervisor, through whom I’ve been learning a lot and thanks to whom I got my first Values in Action (VIA) award 😊. The best lesson I’ve learned so far is the importance of communication among team members and with customers.
