Christophe is an entrepreneur, inventor and self-made business manager who started his career 25 years ago as a software engineer at Olivetti-Canon R&D laboratories. He progressively moved from R&D engineering to sales and business development positions, selling B2B enterprise software for financial services, telecommunications and corporations.
Back in 2000, Christophe moved closer to start-ups, looking for new challenges. He co-designed the first e-banking solution for a private bank in Switzerland. In 2003 he co-founded and managed Arcaciel SA, a start-up who designed an innovative CRM for socio-medical institutes three years before Apple. It was able to auto-index any documents . A few years later, Christophe joined the telecommunications industry where he invented and designed - is-phone for MS Lync - a universal Unified Communications solution that connected Microsoft Lync to main telecom manufacturer platforms. In Spring 2012, he signed off a worldwide OEM agreement with Broadsoft (now Cisco), the largest soft switch manufacturer and won the “Best Enterprise Solution” award at the Miami IT Expo in 2013.
The story of OneVisage started in early 2013 where Christophe personally experienced two consecutive identity fraud issues the same week. The idea of protecting digital identities by using 3D facial biometrics was born. The first 3D facial biometric prototype running on Android was presented at MWC 2015 in Barcelona.
