Christoph Schneider

Senior Advisor Airside Masterplanning, Munich Airport

Christop Schneider received his diploma in aeronautical engineering from the Technical University in Munich in 1988. He started his career at LTU-Sued International Airways and became head of flight ops engineering  and subsequently the ‘information management’ department responsible for all IT operations at the airlines’ homebase in Munich. He joined Fairchild Dornier in 1999 as Manager Aircraft Safety in charge of aircraft incident and accident investigation.

Christoph moved to Munich Airport in 2002 as Senior Advisor Airside Masterplanning with responsibilities for airside capacity and long-term infrastructure planning. He is also currently the Co-Chair of ACARE WG1 ‘Mobility’ and the ACARE ‘Strategy and Integration Board’.
