Maryssa Miller is currently the Director of Digital and Customer Products at JetBlue. She has been at JetBlue for over 5 years, previously serving as Head of Digital Commerce within the Commercial division. She has had over 15 years of digital experience working for other strong brands such as Lacoste, 1-800-FLOWERS and Scholastic. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration/Marketing from the State University of New York at Albany and a Master of Science in Direct and Interactive Marketing from NYU, where she has also served as an adjunct professor.
