Mr. Cardinal is a senior business technology executive with more than 25 years of extensive and solid experience in the airport, tourism, construction, and professional services industries. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Université de Sherbrooke, successfully completed the Executive Development Program at Duke University, and is an active member of the Réseau Action TI (a Québec association of Technologies and information Professionals).

He has presented at many national and international conferences, mainly covering self-service processes, business technologies and business intelligence. As Technologies and Innovation leader at Aéroports de Montréal (Montréal–Trudeau and Montréal–Mirabel international airports), his team drives all activities, projects and innovation related to business technologies, along with the digital transformation of the airport.
