SITA’s AirportConnect Kiosk is a self-service airport kiosk that can be dedicated to a specific airline or shared as common-use by multiple airlines. The kiosk can be used for a number of self-service processes, including booking, changing a reservation and check-in.
AirportConnect Kiosk is designed to meet IATA’s common use self-service (CUSS) specifications. SITA plays an integral role in the IATA CUSS Management Group. This ensures early awareness of upcoming standards and IATA requirements, ensuring SITA’s kiosks are always fully up-to-date.
This product, when installed in a common-use environment, is available through SITA's ATI Cloud.
