CrewWatch

Manage nationally mandated rules, company policy, union agreements – plus company-based constraints and crewing policies specific to each airline

SITA CrewWatch is an end-to-end system for crew management – from initial planning and pairing through crew rostering, training, day-to-day crew control and communications, and crew records.

The system is built around a highly configurable user interface, giving all system users the ability to access and display the information they want, in the format they need.

Overview

CrewWatch consists of four modules: Roster, Track, Crew records and CrewConnex.

Roster

The CrewWatch Roster module incorporates creation of the pairing solution and the crew rostering process itself. After you select an initial activity or flight, CrewWatch provides a list of logical next elements, including flights, rest periods or night stops, deadheading or positioning necessary to construct or complete the pairing. Once the pairing solution is available the roster process begins.

Track

The CrewWatch Track module processes any changes that take place to flights or activities, and flags any resulting notifications that need to be made. Along with notifications for crew, this provides alerts to ensure that external organizations such as ground transportation companies, hotels and simulator operators are updated.

Crew records

The CrewWatch Crew records module updates post-flight reports from the captain. The data can then be used within the system as the official record of the flight or activity.

CrewConnex

The CrewWatch CrewConnex module provides the option to monitor the check-in process for the crew members as they start their assigned duties.
