Standard terms and conditions
If different terms and conditions are not agreed in a written, duly signed contract (in which case the latter apply), SITA's standard terms and conditions (see below) will apply to all goods and services procured. Please note that reference is made to SITA's standard terms and conditions in each PO.
If SITA's standard terms and conditions are unclear for you, contact the purchasing department before starting performance.

Only a valid, written agreement duly signed by SITA will permit deviation from the standard terms and conditions set forth on a PO.
