SITA Membership
SITA was established in 1949 to provide network services to the air transport industry (ATI) on a not-for-profit basis. Today it is the only global provider of information technology (IT) and communication services to the community that's owned entirely by its Members.
We have over 500 active Members, representing the majority of stakeholders in the community, including airlines, airports, air freight carriers, global distribution system (GDS) providers and others. In fact, our membership represents over 90% of the worlds airline businesses.
SITA's Council consists of representatives from many of the leading ATI companies.
