Rethink your voice infrastructure

SITA Voice Cost Optimization (VCO) methodology and tools allow organizations to assess their telecommunication infrastructure and processes, to gain a complete picture of their total cost of ownership. One illustration of the effectiveness of SITA's VCO offering is its proven success with SAS. Under an agreement that encompasses services to 800 users in 40 locations across 23 countries, SITA reduced SAS's voice service contracts from over 100 to a single one and saved SAS US$ 3.6 million in the process. While SAS ultimately chose a fully managed voice services solution from SITA, the process to transformation began as it does for all ATI organizations, seeking to achieve what was at one time believed impossible: reducing costs while enhancing technology and security.
