Norbert Steiger

Regional Vice President, Sales & Relationship Management, Latin America and Caribbean

Norbert Steiger became SITA's Regional Vice President, Latin America and Caribbean in 2010. He heads a team of sales and marketing professionals in Latin America and the Caribbean, catering to customers in the airport, airline and government sectors.

Norbert also served as Senior Vice President, New Ventures & Large Deals Group from 2006-2009 and from 2004 to 2006, Norbert was Senior Vice President, Outsourcing for SITA Information Networking Computing (SITA INC).

He led the negotiations of large outsourcing deals and joint ventures, including Duesseldorf Airport, Tunisair and Cargolux.

Prior to joining SITA, Norbert spent 12 years with EDS, most recently as Director of Corporate Business Development and Ventures, EMEA.
Norbert has a Master of Business Administration from New Mexico State University, USA, and is a graduate of the College of Business Administration, St. Gallen, Switzerland.

A Swiss national, Norbert lives with his wife in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, and they are the proud owners of a cattle ranch in New Mexico.
