RIO Demo Center grand opening
May 13 was a date to celebrate in SITA Rio Office, with the grand opening of the first Demo Center in the Latin America & Caribbean region. Richard Stokes, Senior Vice President, Sales & Relationship Management and Assane Oueddo, Communication Services Vice President came especially for the occasion. SITA technologies available include AirportConnect CUTE, Maestro, Kiosk, Flight Information Display System (FIDS), Aircraft Operations, Border Management, Voice Exchange and Airfare.

Purchasing partners meeting
On April 26-29, executives from IER, Access, Desko, Samsung, Intermec, Medidata, Itautech, Ominidata and Honeywell/ Handheld joined at SITA Rio office to interact with SITA Sales, Delivery and Operations teams. During the meeting, partners presented new products and trends. SITA is working closely and proactively, investing in partnerships to innovate for the community benefit.

TRIP Network Managers Janc Lage and Saulo Borges met with SITA executives in Rio where they learned more about the latest technologies related to aircraft communications, network and self-service.
