Johanna Verboom

Director Board Secretariat

Johanna Verboom became Director Board Secretariat in 1999.

Johanna’s main responsibilities are to observe and execute statutory governance functions in relation to SITA Shareholders, Council, Board and Committee meetings in compliance with procedures and requirements related thereto, as well as managing SITA membership.

Previously, Johanna served as Assistant to the Director Board Secretariat.

Prior to joining SITA, Johanna worked for the international NGO 'EarthAction' and has held Board and Committee seats for various not-for-profit organizations.

She is currently based in Brussels, Belgium.
