David Greaves

General Counsel (Head of Legal)

David Greaves became General Counsel (Head of Legal) in 1999.

David is responsible for all legal and regulatory affairs of the SITA Group. He has worked closely with the Board on the SITA restructuring and has also been instrumental in the development of SITA's relationship with Equant and France Telecom, and in the establishment of SITA NV.

Prior to joining SITA, David worked in the European Legal Department of Apple Computers and held business and legal positions for Rank Xerox and British Telecom.

He is currently based in Geneva, Switzerland.
