SITA Members vote to strengthen SITA's current business model, under the continuing ownership of the air transport community. Find out how new recommendations position SITA strongly to serve the long-term interests of the community.

The approach voted for includes retaining ownership of SITA by the air transport community, and strengthening SITA's current hybrid cooperative-commercial model. Three recommendations are:
- Revitalizing the SITA cooperative, by increasing our membership and making the cooperative more vibrant to reflect the changing air transport industry, making Membership more attractive to our Members and Certificate Holders.
- Creating more direct financial value for Members and Certificate Holders.
- Optimizing SITA's governance model for agility and effectiveness, with a new SITA Council and a single SITA Board to replace the current two-tier Board structure.
