SITA is partnering with the Spanish and Portuguese ANSP to deliver data link infrastructure for pre-operational testing in preparation for the introduction of Controller Pilot Data Link Communications (CPDLC) across the Iberian Peninsula by 2013.

Air Arabia - the Middle East's and North Africa's first and largest low cost carrier - has selected SITA to provide air-ground communications including data link services for the airline's expanding fleet and network of 59 destinations.

A vital upgrade to Brazil's air-ground data link communications system has been completed by SITA as the country embarks on a major air traffic management modernization programme in advance of hosting both the Olympic Games and the FIFA World Cup in coming years.
