ACI SMAG provides a platform for small and medium-sized airports to exchange knowledge, share best practices and discuss issues of common interest.
Partnering with ACI SMAG, SITA invites airports to an additional half-day seminar, based on the latest findings of the industry's main surveys:
- Airline IT Trends Survey 2009
- Airport IT Trends Survey 2009
- Passenger Self-Service Survey 2009
The latest functionalities of self-service will be discussed in detail, as well as innovative solutions to reduce costs via shared infrastructures and to enhance critical processes at airports.
The new S3 check-in kiosk and WorldTracer baggage claim kiosk will be on display at the SITA seminar, as well. You are invited to come test their functionalities.
