SITA named best airport it service provider
Emerging Market Airport Awards Recognize SITA for Third Time
Air transport IT specialist, SITA, was named the 'Best Airport IT Service Provider' in the Emerging Markets Airports Awards (EMAA), 9 April in Abu Dhabi. The award recognizes SITA for its 'Intelligent Airport' concept, which involves tracking, managing and sharing real-time information among all stakeholders in the airport ecosystem. This in turn optimizes airport processes and decision-making and helps airports become more proactive and predictive in enhancing the passenger journey.

El-Assaad said: "It's clear to us that collaborative innovation will transform the air transport industry. Our strategic investments, portfolio developments and innovations are always focused on the industry's future—and we want to be sure that all markets have access to the same innovative services and solutions."
