Badges and Conference Programme information can be collected from the Registration Desk which will be located in the lobby of Dolce La Hulpe from Tuesday 22 June. The Registration desk will be open at the following times:

Thursday 24 June 07.30 hrs onwards
For security reasons, delegates are required to wear their badge throughout the event. Attendees without badges may be denied access to meetings.

All meetings will be conducted in English.
Dress Code
The dress code for all business meetings is business attire. The dress code for the AGA/Air Transport IT Summit Cocktail Reception and Dinner is business casual.
Please note that you will be required to show your badge to gain access to the cocktail reception and dinner.
Transferring from the Airport
By taxi - it is recommended you use local taxis to transfer from the airport to your hotel. These are located directly outside the airport. The licensed taxis have blue and yellow emblems. We advise that you avoid unlicensed taxis. Approximate journey time to La Hulpe is 40 minutes depending on traffic. Approximate one way price: 50-60€
By hotel shuttle – please note that several hotels in the vicinity of the airport offer complimentary hotel shuttles. Please view the hotel websites for more details. Dolce La Hulpe does not offer this service.
Departure Transfers
Complimentary coach departure transfers from the Dolce La Hulpe to Brussels airport have been arranged for all attendees on Thursday evening 24 June and Friday morning 25 June. More details will be provided in Brussels.
Parking
Car parking is available at the Dolce La Hulpe free of charge. The hotel has 268 spaces.
