Prior to this position, Dave was Senior Vice President, SITA Global Services, a post he held from 2008. In this role he led an organization of over 2,000 SITA staff, driving a customer first culture that has resulted in 98% of customers being satisfied with SITA and its services.
Prior to joining SITA, Dave spent 10 years with Dell Inc., where he held leadership roles in both Europe and Asia. He has extensive managerial experience with innovative customer service delivery models as well as hands-on experience implementing large-scale Customer Relationship Management technologies.
He is based in Geneva, Switzerland.
